SIMIT has been established as a research center to bring academia, industry and government resources together to develop advanced medical technology for the booming Chinese market. The mission of SIMIT is to be the national center of medical devices technology through innovation and creation.

Due to rapid development of SIMIT, we are now recruiting scientists for various research positions. We give preference to scientists who have research experience and are able to lead a research team in the field of minimally invasive technologies.

Positions: 1.Professor, Director of Endoscopic Devices Laboratory (ED Lab) 2.Professor, Director of Cardiovascular Devices Laboratory (CD Lab) 3.Professor, Director of Medical Robot Laboratory (MR Lab) 4.Professor, Director of Virtual Reality Laboratory (VR Lab) 5.Professor, Director of Clinical Training Centre – CTC 6.Associate Professors/Research Scientists

Requirement: For professorship, a PhD degree with 8 years research experience and proven track record is needed. For associate professor/research scientist, a PhD with 3 years research experience is needed. Both Chinese and foreign nationals are welcome to apply.
